【EHCI hand-off mechanism support】

EHCI ownership change SMI generation capability added and will be processed by BIOS. BIOS will stop EHCI legacy during OSes loading

if EHCI driver didn't claim  ownership change request.

Set "BIOS EHCI Hand-Off" to "Disable" in setup to force EHCI hand-off rely on EHCI driver without BIOS workaround.

在DOS以及POST的时候，Legacy USB是用SMI来实现的。如果Windows没有支持EHCI的Driver，就需要将此项Enable，以继续支持USB；否则DISabled。

这个在EHCI的Spec中有详细的论述。但是感觉Boot Windows时不去处理这种请求USB也能用。

Port 60/64 Emulation

DOS下USB键盘无法使用，可以尝试将Port 60/64 Emulation设置成enable试试
