联想安装Windows XP提示：GRUB4DOS grub

GRUB4DOS 如何删除

联想天逸F41M安装Windows XP SP3 安装过程中删除所有分区，新建C盘后安装，拷贝文件结束后，系统自动重启，之前过程一切正常，但重启后出现以下提示，无法进一步安装。
